When you land text ‘pickup west’ or ‘pickup east’ to720-897-5111.
If you parked with valet, text the ‘(your last name) valet west’ or ‘(your last name) valet east’ to 720-897-5111. Example text, ‘smith valet west’
You will receive a text confirmation telling you to go to the East side Door 513, or West side Door 504.
Once you go outside on level 5, use the white painted crosswalks, and head to Island 5, which is the farthest one from the curb and wait for your shuttle.
