Please note that:

(1) Start parking at any time. Rate is not valid for existing customers already in the garage or any other iPark facilities in the area.

(2)This rate is the sedan rate, not valid for full-size SUVs, minivans, or exotic luxury vehicles. If you are driving an SUV or exotic vehicle, please select that option prior to purchase. No bike racks, storage rooftop racks, or other vehicle modifications that affect the dimensions of your vehicle. Tesla vehicles cannot be accommodated.

(3) A printout of your monthly confirmation email is required on your first arrival, so please plan your start date accordingly.

(4) Before your first arrival, visit the garage at 245 E 124th Street to finish setting up the account and discuss the service with the garage manager.
