This rate is only for compact cars. If you are driving a sedan, please select that option prior to purchase. Kindly note that this location does not accept any kind of SUV or any vehicles with racks or storage on top of cars.
Monthly Parking starts on the 1st of the month. There is no prorated pricing. The month begins on the 1st of the month and no matter when you pay or when you start the full monthly amount is owed and its period is the 1st through the end of that same month.
This promotional rate is guaranteed for 1 month, and is subject to the following conditions:
Offer only available to new monthly customers.
There is an additional $25 non-refundable fee for the access card (to be paid at the garage).
Purchase must not be more than 45 days in advance of start date.
If any of the above conditions are not met, your booking may be cancelled at the request of the management.

Please note reservations cannot be combined, only one reservation will be accepted. Extended reservations will be paid to the lot directly.
Please make sure to remove your personal belongings and not leave any valuables visible in your vehicle. While security measures are in place to prevent any theft this facility is not liable for any lost or stolen items. Garage is not responsible for vehicle mechanical failure.
