This rate is for regular SUV's and minivans. If you are driving another vehicle type, please select that option prior to purchase.

This promotional rate is subject to the following conditions:

1. You will receive instructions to call LAZ Parking to confirm your monthly parking status. This step needs to be completed BEFORE you start parking, so it is recommended that you book at least two business days ahead of your start date.

2. You will need to pick up your monthly key fob from the parking office at 175 Kent Ave Garage (entrance at 53 N 3rd St).

3. There is an additional fee of $25 for the monthly key fob (payable on-site upon redemption)

4. Monthly Parking starts on the 1st of the month. There is no prorated pricing. The month begins on the 1st of the month and no matter when you pay or when you start the full monthly amount is owed and its period is the 1st through the end of that same month.

5. Purchase must not be more than 45 days in advance of start date.

6. If any of the above conditions are not met, your booking may be cancelled at the request of the management.
